This country has been blessed with some great professional poker players. Only the United States has more poker players in the top 100 all-time money leaders.
Daniel Negreanu
He is the all-time Canadian money leader and would be the world's all-time leader if it wasn't for Jamie Gold catching a lot of cards in the 2006 WSOP Main Event. Daniel Negreanu is a member of Team Pokerstars and one of Canada's most liked poker players.
Jonathon Duhamel
Jonathon Duhamel is the one and only Canadian that has won the World Series of Poker Main Event. He won the WSOP Main Event on November 9 taking home over $8.9 million.
Tuan Lam
There isn't that much known about Canada's second most profitable poker player. There isn't much information about Tuan Lam in the poker world despite taking second place in the 2007 WSOP Main Event.
Canadian Female poker players
We don't have a lot of successful female poker players in Canada, but we have at least two great ones. Isabelle Mercier and Evelyn Ng are Canada's greatest and hottest poker players.
