So which is better, poker online or live poker? That depends a lot on where you live, your attention span, your stakes and how you play. If you live at least twenty minutes away from a poker room, you will be spending at least forty minutes of traveling just to play. Most people would be half done their session if they were playing poker online. If you can read people tells easily though, playing live poker at the casinos in Canada can be very profitable and will probably more fun for you as well. In the end it depends what you are looking for in a game. Playing online can be quick and much cheaper, but playing live is usually a lot more sociable and fun.
CDNpoker.ca:
What is the CDNpoker.ca all about? We are all about
helping the
Canadian
online poker player. Whether that is finding you a
place to play poker in one of the many poker rooms in Canada or helping
you finding you a high quality online poker room for you to play in.
Which isn't to hard at all, or at least compared to
US online poker
players, but even now some of the most popular payment options are no
longer available for Canadians.
It can get frustrating when a payment processor backs
out, but if it makes you feel any better it has been done to me three
times already. First it was NETeller, then FirePay, then
ePassporte, but in the end the sky didn't fall and now I'm with
Moneybookers. I highly recommend them,
Moneybookers is probably
the best payment processor I have ever used and hopefully the last.
